Diggin' Dirt
Diggin' Dirt
Reminiscent of James Brown, and Sly and the Family Stone, Diggin Dirt, is a band that is very well known around Humboldt County and the Pacific Northwest for uniquely blending together their influences that range from funk to blues to reggae to psychedelic-rock, to make something that is all together new and old sounding, in the best way possible. Diggin Dirt are an 8 piece band with tight horns and an even tighter rhythm section and they never fail to keep the dance floor moving all night long. Excitement, top notch stage presence, and high quality original songs are sure to be delivered in more than adequate dosages with Diggin Dirt on stage. Whether you intend to or not, Diggin Dirt will have you moving from your head to your toes if you happen to find yourself in the same room as this extremely funky powerhouse of a band.

Pickin' Pear
Tia Martini and Leon Elam - The Pickin’ Pear - branch out from Canyon Collected to create a folk 'n' roll duo. They combine their unconventional stylings to their traditional instruments and create an original mix of modern American music. Together the Pickin’ Pear take the banjo and ukulele down the road of folk, rock, and bluegrass. Sometimes the ukulele will even launch you straight to outer space. A blend of top-notch songwriting and improvisational jamming makes each one of their songs sound unique. The Pickin' Pear are bringing their organic and all natural blend of folk 'n' roll all across the U.S. in 2018! Tia and Leon are excited to share their songs and stories at amazing venues from sea to sea.In 2017 the couple played 154 shows together with their multiple projects. In January 2018 they recorded in Memphis, TN for an upcoming album at the historic Royal Studios in Memphis, TN with JD Westmoreland of Rumpke Mountain Boys and grammy award winning Lawrence ‘Boo’ Mitchell producing the record.
