CelloJoe
CelloJoe
CelloJoe is a pioneer of a new genre in music: Classical Hip Hop.CelloJoe records on stage with a loop pedal and produces intricate tapestries of harmony, melody, and rhythm. His beatboxing and funky cello grooves form a rich soundscape for intelligent lyrics and his music spreads love, joy, laughter and conscious vibrations.
Evan Fraser
Evan Fraser
Evan Fraser is a soloist, live-looping performer, and is also a member of several bands. Dirtwire, Hamsa Lila, Stellamara, and the Dogon Lights.

His debut solo release Organica, is an eclectic instrumental album of jaw harp and kalimba pieces supported with world percussion.

His second release, titled Yakaruna, with Vir McCoy (Hamsa Lila), is an organic, acoustic roots blend of downtempo intended to accompany the healing arts. It features ethereal soundscapes, kalimba, lutes, African gut strings, and gourd harp instruments.

Evan's third release is the self-titled debut album Dirtwire, with long time collaborator David Satori (Beats Antique). This album is an electro-acoustic, world-downtempo mix of bluesy back porch chill with electronica styles and sensibility.
Josh Mellinger
I am a multi-instrumental professional percussionist based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I graduated in Percussion Performance BFA at the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) in Valencia, California, and have been studying Percussion for over 12 years. I currently perform with several groups in the San Francisco Bay Area, teach percussion lessons, and study Tabla with Pandit Swapan Chaudhuri at the Ali Akbar College of Music in San Rafael. As a multi-instrumental percussionist, I am able to competently and comfortably play a variety of drums bringing to each project I collaborate in the precise sound it needs. Click here to learn about the different drums I can play.

I received my BFA in Percussion Performance in 2010. During my time at CalArts, I was involved in various performing ensembles at CalArts including the Percussion ensemble, World Percussion ensemble, Tabla ensemble, North Indian ensemble, African ensemble, both Javenese and Balinese Gamelans, the Chamber Orchestra, and the New Century Players ensemble. While at CalArts, I studied under the guidance of Pandit Swapan Chaudhuri, Randy Gloss, Houman Pourmehdi and David Johnson. I also studied Percussion at Interlochen Arts Academy while in High School, and performed with the Michigan Ambassadors of Music in 2004.
